Eric is a seasoned finance and restructuring professional with over 30 years of experience in insolvency, forensic investigations, corporate governance, and institutional reform. Prior to co-founding Fahrenheit Advisors Ltd, he served as Partner and Advisory Leader at PwC Ghana, where he led engagements across the UK, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
He has overseen several high-profile insolvency assignments, including the liquidation of Bank for Housing and Construction Limited, Cooperative Bank Limited, and Ghana Airways. Eric currently serves as Receiver for over 350 financial institutions whose licenses were revoked during Ghana’s financial sector clean-up.
Eric is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and holds an MBA in Business Finance from the University of Humberside & Lincolnshire, UK. He is a member of the International Insolvency Institute, INSOL International, and serves on the Governing Boards of the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners, Ghana (CIRIP Ghana) and the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC).

Halvarde brings over 25 years of experience in insolvency, forensic investigations, and public sector financial management. His career spans high-profile assignments including the liquidation of Ghana Airways, Cooperative Bank Limited, and the Bank for Housing and Construction. He has also led receivership engagements for banks, microfinance institutions, and savings and loans companies.
A former manager in PwC Ghana’s Business Recovery Unit, Halvarde has worked across Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone. He continues to serve as a consultant to PwC Ghana, supporting teams in insolvency and forensic engagements.
Halvarde is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Institute of Finance Management, Tanzania. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners, Ghana (CIRIP Ghana), INSOL International, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
