Eric is a seasoned finance and restructuring professional with over 30 years of experience in insolvency, forensic investigations, corporate governance, and institutional reform. Prior to co-founding Fahrenheit Advisors Ltd, he served as Partner and Advisory Leader at PwC Ghana, where he led engagements across the UK, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.

ERIC NANA NIPAH PRESIDENT
Kwabena Anim Nyanteh
Kwabena Anim Nyanteh has over 18 years of extensive experience as an accountant, specializing in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Management, and Audit Assurance. He is a member and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and a member of CIRIP & INSOL. Currently, he is pursuing a professional management accountancy course with Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (final) and is a final-professional-level student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
Kwabena has hands-on experience in the application of International Standards, including IFRS, IAS, and ISA. He is highly knowledgeable in providing advice on technical accounting issues, tax and tax planning strategies, Accounting Information Systems setup, and internal and external audit assurance. Kwabena has extensively provided advisory services on special projects, strategic business plans, corporate governance, tax, business administration, and company incorporation. He is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and various Audit and Accounting software such as CaseWare – Africa, PCAS, Tally, Sun, Sage, Peachtree, Quick Books, Pastel, Dentrix, and Loan Performer. He worked with E.O. Lamptey & Co (Chartered Accountants) for 10 years and left as a Senior Audit Manager.

Abiana spent 24 years with PwC, beginning in external audit and later transitioning to Advisory and Risk Assurance, where she led internal audit co‑sourcing engagements, governance reviews, capability development, and technology‑related risk assurance services. She has managed multi‑country audit teams, delivered large‑scale capacity‑building programmes, and provided strategic advisory services to public and private sector institutions, including central banks, state agencies, financial institutions, and development partners.
